Bisous Bisous stems from the Moreau family’s love of good food and passion for baking. Descending from a long line of restauranteurs and bakers Alex Moreau has brought the delicate and artistic patisserie skills of France to Didsbury.

Bisous Bisous’ philosophy lies in preserving the art of French pastry; providing a truly authentic product made the traditional way, by hand.

Vienoiseries (pain au chocolat, brioche, croissant, pain au raisin) , cakes for every occasion, petit fours, the finest macarons, freshly baked baguettes and french loaves -all as beautiful as they taste.
