November DTA Meeting

Here you'll find discussion points for the next Didsbury Traders Association meeting, taking place on Tuesday 10th November.

Dear Members,

I am very pleased to report that our Associate members Didsbury In Bloom, regularly represented at our meetings by Anne Cooper, have won a Gold Award and the Best Urban Community Award in the North West In Bloom finals.

In addition Didsbury groups won 9 gold awards, 5 silver gilts and a bronze in the ‘Its your Neighbourhood’ Category : our members on Warburton Street won a gold award for all their efforts making their cobbled street  look so attractive.

A further stunning achievement was achieved by Didsbury in Bloom in the National Britain In Bloom Finals.

In their category, out of the whole country, they achieved a Silver Gilt Award.

Round of applause all round for such a dedicated group of volunteers, congratulations on such fantastic achievements and our heartfelt thanks for ensuring that Didsbury always looks so stunning, attractive and colourful. Its a real pleasure working with the Didsbury In Bloom group.
